I'm Krystian, a Senior Product Designer based in Los Angeles. My work is mostly checkout, monetization, and purchase flows. These are the surfaces where design decisions show up directly in revenue. Currently at AXS, working on a live event ticketing platform with 14M+ daily visits.

Research and experimentation are how I make design decisions. Ship, see what the data says, and adjust. The work I care most about is the kind that measurably helps users and moves the business.

I do my best work when I'm close to engineering and product. Not as the person who hands off specs, but as someone who stays involved in the tradeoffs. The teams where that's been possible have produced the work I'm most proud of.

Outside of work, I'm usually on my yoga mat, planning my next trip, catching something at AMC, or hanging out with my dog.
